Our condos are family owned and operated and we are lucky to have three rental units in the Royal Mauian complex.  We have two ground level units, #118 a 3bed/2bath ocean front unit and #119 a 2bed/2bath unit across the hall.  Along with #402 a 3bed/2bath ocean view unit.

The Royal Mauian Resort is a one of a kind 6-story ocean front property located in South Kihei in the Hotel Zone. It is located between 2 sandy beaches, is beautifully maintained, has panoramic ocean views and walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment.

The grounds offer an ocean front pool, an expansive lawn with chaise lounges over looking the water, and an ocean view roof garden with gas BBQ’s tables and a full kitchen for a magical sunset dining experience.
