The Perfect Spot in Kihei!
This is the first time at this property and first impression was āItās Perfect!ā The condo was super clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including all kitchen items, bedding items, and beach items. Would definitely recommend to others, and would return in a heartbeat!.

Second Time's a Charm!
This was our second time at this property and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Can’t beat the layout, the ground floor access and the Royal Mauian complex for it’s location. The owner is wonderful and so was the cleaning lady who we met briefly. We would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Maui!

Awesome Condo to Rent in Maui
Such a great place to rent and stay in Maui. There are so many great things to say about this property. Iāll try to be straight forward to fit everything in. Posting is very accurate; communication and paperwork with owner is very clear, concise, informative, and professional; condo is very very clean and orderly; has everything you would need plus extra (like good kitchen supply to cook, beach towels, chairs, toys, and other equipment for use) as described in listing; great AC system (all rooms were cooled); conveniently located in Maui, on coast, and 1st floor; many restaurants, stores, and excursions within walking distance and nearby; and owner was available to communicate during stay when needed. You can tell the owner and their family uses this condo during their vacation here as well, thatās why itās well kept and maintained. We loved Maui (1st time there) and would definitely rent this property again in the future..

Fantastic Home-Base for Maui Adventures!
This condo was a great place to stay for our Maui vacation. While it lacks oceans views, the convenience more than makes up for it.
Itās a very short walk to the pool and ocean. And with it being on the first floor, itās great for kids that are always running back and forth to get things. The kitchen was well stocked for home cooking. And the rooftop grills were awesome.
I recommend checking out the deck box for beach accessories before you buy or rent anything. There was a wide variety of items in there for your use.
The other great thing about this property is the location in town. Itās easy to get to and is right across the street from several snorkeling shops, a health food store (similar to a Whole Foods), other shopping and is right between two great beaches. I wouldnāt hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome Vacation
We have just returned from our stay in this awesome condo and already have booked our next stay! We cannot say enough good things about the location and amenities of this unit- the rooftop BBQ area at sunset, the pool, the proximity to the beach,shopping and restaurants, the clean, spacious rooms and great closets, fully equipped kitchen…everything was great! Susan was always quick to respond to any questions we had before our stay. I would highly recommend this unit for any family looking for a relaxing home away from home.

Great Kihei location, perfect for two couples
We stayed at Susanās condo in Kihei with another couple. We loved that both bedrooms had king bed option. The unit was clean and comfortable, steps from either Kam I or II, well stocked with small supplies, beach chairs, etc. and despite not having view of ocean, it was only 50 ft away and our ground floor patio/lanai felt cool and private and we spent quite a bit of time there on hot afternoons.

Fantastic Stay in Kihei
We had a terrific stay and highly recommend this rental. The location is terrific on site to the beach and with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, etc. It was wonderful to get out of the car after the Road to Hana! We really enjoyed the first floor easy access to the beach and the parking lot without elevators or stairs. The condo is very well equipped, had everything we needed for 2 parents and 2 teens. We didn’t do any complicated cooking but found everything we needed and more – including a blender for smoothies :). Communication with Susan was terrific – in fact I’ve never had better pre- and during trip communication with a VRBO host – she answered all of our questions and made check in and check out a breeze. Highly recommend!
